About The Position
Vermont Cider Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Join us at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT, and contribute to the production of high-quality beverage products. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT. 1st Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm 2nd Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am - Shift differential applies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Document production activities and report any issues or deviations
