We are hiring experienced Welders for both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. If you have solid MIG welding skills, can confidently work from blueprints, and enjoy building quality products in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. Requirements

  • Previous MIG welding experience
  • Experience welding steel in a manufacturing, fabrication, or similar environment
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
  • Knowledge of weld symbols and basic welding specifications
  • Ability to perform part fit-up and prepare assemblies for welding
  • Comfortable using common welding, fabrication, and measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a production team
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and position materials as required by the job

Nice To Haves

  • Formal welding training, an apprenticeship, or AWS/ASME welding certifications
  • TIG welding experience

Responsibilities

  • MIG welding carbon steel components and fabricated assemblies
  • Setting up, fitting, and positioning parts prior to welding
  • Reading blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions
  • Using measuring tools to verify dimensions and proper fit-up
  • Inspecting your work for weld quality, accuracy, and overall workmanship
  • Making adjustments, repairs, or rework when necessary
  • Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Performing basic equipment setups and routine maintenance
  • Working with production and quality teams to keep jobs moving on schedule
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
  • Following company safety procedures and quality requirements
  • Assisting with other fabrication or welding processes as needed
