Requirements

Experience performing aluminum TIG and MIG welding
Ability to weld material thicknesses from .063" to 3/8"
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience training, mentoring, or supporting coworkers

Responsibilities

Perform aluminum TIG and MIG welding on materials ranging from .063" to 3/8" thick
Weld components according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
Set up and adjust welding fixtures for various applications
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals
Support and assist with training team members as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
