Requirements

Experience with TIG and MIG welding techniques (Apprentices with basic welding knowledge are encouraged to apply).
Understanding of stainless-steel properties to ensure excellence in welds.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Adherence to workplace safety standards and proper equipment handling.
Must have the ability to commute to Penticton, BC.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in both Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques specifically for stainless steel.
Cut, fit, and assemble stainless steel parts, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accurate fabrication.
Maintain high standards for welded components, ensuring durability and structural integrity.
Follow all workplace safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
