About The Position

This position requires a technician who will participate in hands-on physical labor in the day-to-day activities of the shop. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with welding and light mechanics, diagnosing and repairing agricultural spray pumps, and plumbing of propane dispenser cabinets. Occasional equipment delivery is also part of the role.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 plus lbs safely and easily
• Ability to maintain / promote safety awareness and follow safety policies
• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
• High School degree or GED required
• 3 + years’ experience in Welding & Shop operations
• Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Nice To Haves

• Previous Forklift operations preferred
