About The Position
We are seeking experienced MIG and Stick Welders to repair and maintain transport racks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform quality repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Experience with MIG and Stick welding required
- Ability to pass an onsite welding test
- Ability to use welding tools and equipment safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience with rack repair, fabrication, or industrial welding preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Stick welding on transport racks and related equipment
- Inspect, repair, and reinforce damaged racks to meet quality standards
- Read and interpret basic welding instructions and measurements
- Perform grinding, fitting, and other welding preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Meet production and quality requirements
