About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Welder III (Skilled/Advanced) to perform high-precision welding on safety-critical components. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, able to work with minimal supervision, and provide guidance to junior welders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Certification in multiple positions and materials required including D1.1, D1.3, D1.6
• Proficiency in interpreting complex drawings and weld sequences
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent mentoring and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Weld high-precision and safety-critical joints, including chassis and cage structures
• Conduct self-inspection of welds and perform minor rework as needed
• Read and interpret detailed weld sequences and complex engineering drawings
• Assist in the setup of jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate assembly
• Mentor and provide guidance to Welder I and II team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
