Welder III (Senior)

Progressive Recovery, Inc.•Dupo, IL
•$32 - $40•Onsite

About The Position

The Senior Welder is a multi-process, code-quality welder who independently builds complex equipment, maintains radiographic (X-ray) quality Welder Performance Qualifications, and drives quality and process improvement. As the top welding rank, this role supports continuity between shifts by communicating the status and priorities of in-progress jobs and equipment, and mentors less experienced welders. Senior Welders may qualify for the Welding Leader mentor designation, which provides an additional pay premium for formally training and coaching other welders. The position is in person at 700 Industrial Drive, Dupo, Illinois. The schedule is an eight-hour shift, Monday through Friday: first shift is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; second shift is 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Second shift receives a $2.00-per-hour differential. Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on production needs. Pay is $32.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
