Requirements

Resolve order inaccuracies, assist in resolving customer / internal issues as they arise. Communicate with lead or supervisor to resolve issues.
Stable and progressive work history
Stable attendance record
Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
Analyze the current processes and recommend improvements.
Ability to read and interpret measuring tools. ie, tape measure, calipers
Ability to read and interpret prints
Maintain and clean welding machine
Wear proper PPE
Able to adjust and set machine according to thickness and material type.
Participate in troubleshooting during down time.
Ensure proper paperwork is with each order.
Time management and prioritization of multiple tasks.
Meeting daily production schedules.
Participate and maintain a 4.5 or higher in 5S
