Requirements

  • Resolve order inaccuracies, assist in resolving customer / internal issues as they arise. Communicate with lead or supervisor to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity
  • Analyze the current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to read and interpret measuring tools. ie, tape measure, calipers
  • Ability to read and interpret prints
  • Maintain and clean welding machine
  • Wear proper PPE
  • Able to adjust and set machine according to thickness and material type.
  • Participate in troubleshooting during down time.
  • Ensure proper paperwork is with each order.
  • Time management and prioritization of multiple tasks.
  • Meeting daily production schedules.
  • Participate and maintain a 4.5 or higher in 5S
