We are seeking a skilled Welder II where you'll contribute to producing high-quality laboratory equipment used by pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and research institutions. Apply expertise in MIG and TIG welding to fabricate precision components according to engineering specifications. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain quality standards. Address technical challenges. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support other groups with tasks as needed Demonstrate excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring each product meets our rigorous quality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED required.
  • One (1) year of hands-on welding experience with MIG and TIG processes required.
  • Experience with quality control processes and first piece production review.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in setting up and operating welding equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Visual acuity for detailed product assembly and inspection.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete required documentation including router sheets and non-conforming tickets.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and report quality issues promptly.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
  • Onsite Interview will include a welding test.

Nice To Haves

  • Welding certification highly preferred.
  • Experience in cGMP environment preferred.
