About The Position
Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring entry-level Welders and is willing to train the right candidates. This role is for individuals who are hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn. The Welder will perform basic welding on metal parts and structures, follow blueprints and work instructions, use hand tools and measuring equipment, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical skills and comfort with tools
- Ability to read measurements and follow directions
- Team player with a strong work ethic
