Requirements

• The ability to work by yourself and with others.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• The ability to multitask and adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with projects.
• Availability to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform layouts; material prep channels, beams, and plate, and cut material on saw equipment.
• Assist in fit up of skids and staging materials.
• Drill holes, cut plates with track torch.
• Cross train with other departments.
• Assist journeyman welders.
• Conduct housekeeping as necessary.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality.
