Welder/Fitter
About The Position
This is a Temp-to-Full-Time position for a Welder/Fabricator. The shift hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role requires proficiency in various welding techniques including oxygen-acetylene, electric arc, MIG, TIG, and Flux-core. Knowledge of proper fillers for weld jobs is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in MIG, FCAW & TIG welding processes on Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Aluminum components and able to pass certification tests to ASME and AWS codes. The work environment is a warehouse with a moderate pace and low level of supervision. The role requires a high level of experience and no training is provided.
Requirements
- High level of experience in welding.
- Proficiency in oxygen-acetylene, electric arc, MIG, TIG, and Flux-core welding techniques.
- Knowledge of proper fillers for weld jobs.
- Highly skilled in MIG, FCAW & TIG welding processes on Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Aluminum components.
- Ability to pass certification tests to ASME and AWS codes.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Steel Toed Shoes/Boots required.
- Jeans/Work Pants required.
