Requirements

• at least 1 year of MIG welding experience
• basic fabrication and metalworking
• Experience working with structural steel or heavy equipment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with structural steel or heavy equipment components is a plus
• Experience operating fabrication equipment being a plus

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders
• Perform MIG welding on steel components and skid steer attachments
• Fabricate and assemble parts according to production specifications
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Support production schedules by completing work accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing functions, including robotic welding, assembly, shipping, and equipment operation
