Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Welding Certification from accredited college.
• Respiratory Fit Test Certification, or obtain within three (3) months of hire.
• Basic computer, math, reading and measurement proficiency.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and LSS preferred.
• Detailed and organized.
• Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness.
• Mig and Tig experience.
• Use all fabrication and welding tools.
• Ability to perform other duties as required.
• Lift more than 50lbs.
• Ability to operate fork lift and other heavy equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Certified or willing to get certified after 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge in all aspects of fabrication and welding.
• Pass BW weld test.
• Participate in continual self-improvement and improving overall job knowledge.
• Read drawings and specifications.
• Follow established safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Operate fork lift and other heavy equipment.
