Requirements

Able to stand for a full 10-hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or a trade school is preferred

Responsibilities

Weld & fit trailer steel frames and components while meeting quality and time standards set by your supervisor.
Apply Standard Work, 5S, and other Lean manufacturing methods to support consistent, efficient production.
Collaborate with the team to reduce production times and eliminate defective products.
Uphold Belmont Quality Standards and check your work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
Follow safety guidelines and stay alert to your processes and surroundings.
Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
