Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication department. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in TIG and MIG welding and be comfortable working with various metals including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. You should be able to read and interpret blueprints, operate standard tools of the trade, and consistently meet high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years welding experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques
• Ability to weld aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Familiarity with power tools commonly used in the welding and fabrication trade
• Proven ability to execute tasks safely, efficiently, and with precision
• Strong understanding of quality assurance standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Must be able to start immediately
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and work in an active shop environment
