About The Position

In this role, you will impact product quality and production efficiency by delivering high-quality welds that meet engineering specifications and industry standards, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell’s manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Extensive experience in advanced welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding with a strong focus on precision and quality.
In-depth knowledge of welding codes, safety standards, and blueprint reading to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools, as well as the ability to perform weld inspections and quality assessments.
Experience working with various metals and alloys in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a Welding Certification or related technical training.
5+ years of experience in advanced welding roles within industrial or manufacturing settings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of welding automation and robotic welding systems is a plus.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced welding tasks including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on various metals and alloys according to blueprints and specifications.
Inspect welds for quality and compliance with safety and industry standards, making adjustments as necessary to ensure structural integrity.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot welding issues and implement process improvements.
