About The Position

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production operations by delivering expert welding craftsmanship that supports the manufacturing of high-quality products and components.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in advanced welding techniques and fabrication.
Strong knowledge of welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately.
Experience with welding inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Familiarity with welding safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; Welding certification or advanced technical training preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties related to welding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in welding applications.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced welding operations using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to fabricate and repair metal parts and assemblies.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate execution of welding tasks.
Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications, identifying and correcting defects as necessary.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes and improve product quality.
