About The Position

For more than 70 years, Senior Metal Bellows has been pushing the limits of innovation—designing and building custom-engineered metal bellows for industries that demand the best: aerospace, defense, energy, and beyond. We’re not just making parts—we’re making solutions no one else can. And we want you to be part of it. This role involves working directly from engineering drawings and documented instructions, translating technical specifications into precise, high-quality work. You will master precision tools, specialize in HELICOIL installation, optimize welding performance by precision grinding tungsten electrodes, handle advanced materials including those heated to 200°C or chilled with liquid nitrogen, apply industrial compounds, and verify quality and integrity using precision instruments. You will also drive continuous improvement by adjusting machine settings and tooling, and leverage technology by using basic computer systems for labor transactions and production tracking.
