This role involves enforcing safety policies, training employees, managing production lines, and ensuring material availability. The supervisor will also be involved in line setup, modifying staffing, recording production data, and conducting observations to improve efficiency and quality. Additionally, the position requires participation in kaizen events, production meetings, and assisting other departments as needed. The role also includes acting on behalf of a line supervisor in their absence.
