About The Position

Production Weld Shop Assembly Technician Class A, Starting at $23.29 hr Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts. R+L Carriers is actively seeking a Production Weld Shop Assembly Technician at our Wilmington, OH Service Center.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, push or pull on items for entire shift
• Ability to life 50+ LBS

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines
• Work in a fast pace environment
• Maintain safe and clean work areas
• Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Setup weld jugs for welders
• Monitor levels of raw materials at stations and alert production lead when more is needed
• Remove welded components from jig and place on production line
• Align and assemble (install bolts) finished components while on the production line
• Proper use of hand tools and battery-operated tools
• Any other task assigned by the lead or manager as needed
