This Full Time Weekend Warrior Server position at The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, Kansas, involves being a "Host with the Most" by greeting residents, making them feel welcome, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering connections. The role also requires being a "Peppy Prepper" by preparing tables for service, salads, and rolling silverware to ensure successful meal service. As a "Titan of Tidiness", the server will be responsible for bussing tables and sweeping floors to maintain a clean community. Finally, as an "Appetite Anthropologist", the server will communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, unusual changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals. Arrow Senior Living manages senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 34 properties in 6 states, employing nearly 2,200 individuals. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents
Will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
Must be criminally cleared

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome
Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect
Prep a table for service
Prep salads for the next meal
Roll silverware
Buss tables
Sweep floors
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when residents are absent from meals
