About The Position

InnVentures is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Airport Shuttle Driver for the Aloft Phoenix Airport hotel. This role is crucial in creating memorable guest experiences by providing safe transportation and being the first and last impression for guests. The driver will be responsible for transporting guests and their belongings, answering questions about the hotel and local area, handling guest complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the shuttle van. The specific schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday, 5am-1pm.

Requirements

• Class B Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive, read, write, type and use basic technology
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order to answer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest.
• Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times.
• Assist in other departments of the hotel based on business demands and hotel needs.
