About The Position
A Quality Facility Services, established in 2003, is a leading contract janitorial service and floor/carpet care company. This role is for Janitorial & Facility Cleaning Team Members who will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities by performing general cleaning and janitorial duties. Tasks may be assigned individually or as part of a team, depending on the facility.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependability and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Clean and polish fixtures, surfaces, and trim
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas including restrooms, hallways, lobbies, offices, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and more
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Buff floors in select locations (if assigned)
- Clean rugs and mats
- Dust furniture, equipment, and surfaces
- Wash walls, ceilings, windows, doors, and trim
- Empty trash and waste receptacles
- Transport waste to designated disposal areas
