ROLE SUMMARY: If you're interested in playing a key role in the production of some of the world's best-known brands, then a job on our team may be right for you! Our dedicated part-time supervisors lead production teams through solving problems and monitoring key operating processes and equipment while promoting and encouraging safe working practices for their co-workers. A successful supervisor will work to identify areas of improvement for our warehouse operations during their shift to achieve their targets in a highly automated and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required, but a concentration in engineering, supply chain management, science, or related subject area is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2.8 GPA must be in engineering, science, or supply chain
Previous Supply Chain or Logistics experience, warehousing focused
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
Technical and problem-solving skills
Data analysis or financial acumen
Leadership skills, a comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change is essential and critical to this position

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, assist and direct workforce for shipping and receiving of finished products, new materials, and trade returns
Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and labor schedule
Coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedule
Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safe working practices, department policies and maintain records
Coach workforce through troubleshooting and monitoring of operating processes and equipment
Utilize management system toolkit and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved
Lead process improvement and initiate change
Work with senior leaders to drive process improvement initiatives
Primarily working off shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment
