Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina. As a Weekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site leader, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Long-term care and rehab experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
- Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
- Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
