Weekend Supervisor (RN/LPN) - LTC/SNF
About The Position
The Courville at Manchester is a Senior Healthcare Community in Manchester, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our dedicated staff. This position oversees nursing operations and supports clinical staff during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident/patient care. This position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual, preferable with experience in skilled nursing care. Successful candidates will have a passion for human kindness and wellness for life.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN/LPN program
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- LTC/SNF experience
- IV certification (for LPNs)
- Supervisory experience (for LPNs)
Nice To Haves
- RN preferred
- Point Click Care experience preferred
