About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, the Weekend Warehouse Stocker supports the Inventory team by unloading and receiving truck shipments, stocking shelves, cycle counting warehouse inventory, pulling garment orders, and keeping production supplied with the garments they need. This position is located at Lakeshirts headquarters in Detroit Lakes, MN. This is active, hands-on warehouse work for someone who can work independently, stay accurate, operate forklifts safely, and keep moving throughout the shift. You will help keep inventory organized, shelves stocked, and production teams ready to roll.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Forklift experience or ability to safely operate forklift equipment as trained.
  • Comfortable working around heights and stocking from pallet racks.
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable reading order forms and counting efficiently.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word helpful.
  • Able to be on your feet for 8 to 10 hours and lift 30-50 lbs. continuously.
  • Employee must be able to read, write, understand, and follow work instructions, order forms, inventory information, and safety procedures.
  • This role requires accuracy, adaptability, communication, dependability, judgment, counting, prioritization, stress control, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pull garment orders accurately for production teams and verify correct garment, color, and size by weighing or counting product.
  • Receive truck shipments, assist with loading and unloading inventory, and stock shelves from shipments or pallet racks.
  • Operate forklifts safely and support warehouse movement, stocking, and inventory flow as assigned.
  • Pad print garments and complete scheduled cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain clear aisles, clean work areas, and organized racks throughout the warehouse.
  • Follow 6S standards: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.
  • Use communication devices to deliver needed garments to production and support special projects or other duties as assigned.
