About The Position
i9 Sports East Columbus is seeking a reliable 1099 Independent Contractor to place temporary marketing signs throughout our Central Ohio areas of play on weekends. The contractor will be responsible for placing approximately 25–50 marketing signs across two designated areas of play each weekend. i9 Sports will provide the signs, metal sign stakes, and specific placement locations or routes. This is a placement-only position. Contractors are not responsible for picking up signs after the weekend.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle capable of transporting 25–50 lightweight signs and metal stakes
- Smartphone capable of taking photos and communicating with i9 Sports
- Ability to work outdoors and drive between multiple locations
- Ability to safely insert metal sign stakes into the ground
- Dependable and able to complete assigned routes within the required time window
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow specific placement instructions
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Receive assigned i9 Sports marketing signs and metal sign stakes prior to the weekend.
- Place approximately 25–50 signs per weekend across two designated i9 Sports areas of play.
- Complete sign placement on Fridays between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Follow the designated placement route and location instructions provided by i9 Sports.
- Insert metal sign stakes securely into the ground and attach the marketing signs.
- Position signs so they are clearly visible and facing the appropriate direction.
- Take a photo of each completed sign placement when requested.
- Report any location where a sign cannot be safely or appropriately placed.
- Notify i9 Sports of any damaged or missing signs or stakes.
- Return or store any unused signs and stakes as directed by i9 Sports.
