Weekend Shift Supervisor
About The Position
The Weekend Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel by observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites. This role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, potentially including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. The position also requires occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. While no prior experience is necessary, individuals with backgrounds in retail, food service, or hospitality are considered a great fit, and comprehensive training will be provided for those new to the security industry. Requirements
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Ability to complete patrols
- Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
- CPR, first aid/AED, BLS preferred, provided if not
Nice To Haves
- Prior security/customer service experience is a plus
- If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role
Responsibilities
- Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
- Provides for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Actively monitors the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
- Preserves order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
- Provides customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
