About The Position
White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Weekend Supervisor for Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:45 am - 7:15 pm). This role offers a Weekend Premium Bonus. The facility is a 160-bed skilled and rehab center located near downtown Shelby, NC. The position involves assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate actions, as well as ensuring employee adherence to company rules and policies. Competitive wages are offered based on experience.
Requirements
- Active RN in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
