Weekend RN Supervisor
About The Position
The Weekend RN Supervisor is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role ensures that care is provided in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services, to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times. The position also involves following all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintaining established standards of practice.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
- Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
