About The Position

The Weekend RN Supervisor is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role ensures the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position also involves following all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintaining established standards of practice.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
