Weekend RN Supervisor - Baylor Program
About The Position
Peter Becker Community is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Baylor Program as RN Supervisor. This unique opportunity is designed for nurses who prefer working weekends and want the stability of a predictable schedule while earning additional compensation and full-time benefits. The Baylor Program involves working every Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM, working 48 hours per pay period and getting paid for 60 hours, while being eligible for full-time benefits. This role provides clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance. It also involves supporting and coaching nursing staff, collaborating with various stakeholders, and responding to clinical concerns and emergency situations.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong Leadership, Clinical, and Communication Skills
- Passion for Serving Older Adults
- Ability to Lead and Support Nursing Staff During Weekend Operations
Nice To Haves
- Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Support and coach nursing staff while promoting positive resident outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents, and families
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations as needed
- Monitor resident care plans, treatments, and documentation
- Help ensure continuity of care and operational excellence throughout the weekend
