About The Position
Precision Today is seeking a self-motivated, licensed Weekend Plumber to join their residential plumbing team. This role is designed for experienced plumbers who desire high weekend demand, strong incentives, and flexibility during the weekdays. The position offers a 4-day work week (Friday-Monday) with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays consistently free, and no on-call work. Requirements
- Valid Residential Plumbing License
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform the role
- Willingness to mentor, lead, and grow within a multi-trade team
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Clearly communicate solutions and pricing to homeowners
- Use ServiceTitan mobile software for scheduling and job documentation
- Work collaboratively and professionally with teammates and customers
