About The Position

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing has been providing top-notch service and outstanding customer service to the Spokane metro area since 2000. We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Residential Plumber to join our team. This role involves providing essential plumbing services to residential customers, with a schedule that includes weekends and some weekdays. If you are a licensed plumber with strong customer service skills and experience in residential repairs, we encourage you to apply and advance your career with us.

Requirements

Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
Ability to guide and train an apprentice
Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement

Responsibilities

Provide residential plumbing repair services.
Diagnose plumbing issues and sell repairs to customers.
Perform leak location, tankless water heater services, water filtration, tank type water heater services, plumbing fixture repairs, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
Guide and train an apprentice.
Utilize an iPad and Service Titan software for service calls.
