This is a part-time, direct care opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment within the Crisis Residential Program. This program offers short-term, intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, aiming to prevent hospitalization. The role involves providing a safe and therapeutic environment that fosters client independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with existing treatment providers and help link clients to other services within Sheppard Pratt or the community. The position requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday from 11 PM to 7 AM.
