Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Utilize QuickBooks for billing and financial record-keeping when necessary
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times
