Weekend Patient Safety Associate
About The Position
Our Patient Safety Associates play an important role in providing a safe environment for our patients! As a PSA, you would provide 1:1 care and monitoring to our patients who require suicide precautions or close observation. If, at the start of your shift, there are no patients requiring 1:1 observation, you would be reassigned to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department. Ultimately, you are a critical part in keeping our patients safe! At Main Line Health, you are encouraged to attend Main Line Health Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally.
Requirements
- BLS Certified, or obtained within first 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Related Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsibilities
