About The Position
Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor that has been providing exceptional service to its customers since 1953. They are seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to support service and maintain retail accounts in the Davenport/Bettendorf areas. The schedule for this position will be Saturdays and Sundays, with weekend availability being a must. This role involves stocking shelves, coolers, and building displays. The merchandiser will also follow up after deliveries made by drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage.
Requirements
- Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
- Professional written and oral communication skills a must.
- Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
- Must live in the surrounding area of Davenport/Bettendorf for best servicing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves, coolers and building displays.
