About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for our Weekend Overnight Warehouse Associate team in West Jordan. This position is a great opportunity for someone who prefers working nights, enjoys physical work, and wants a schedule built around three long shifts per week. Employees are compensated based on production, giving strong performers the opportunity to increase their earnings.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and arrive on time
• Able to repeatedly handle packages weighing 5–50 lbs
• Stay on their feet and physically active for most of the shift
• Work effectively under time and production expectations
• Follow directions and safety requirements
• Pay attention to package accuracy and proper sorting
• Dependable transportation to the West Jordan worksite
• Successfully complete required background and drug screening

• Relocation to the West Jordan area is required before employment begins.

Responsibilities

• Move packages
• Operate handheld scanners
• Load trailers
• Unload shipments
• Keep freight organized throughout the operation
• Load packages by hand from conveyor belts into trailers
• Remove freight from trailers and place packages onto conveyor lines
• Scan shipments accurately using handheld devices
• Sort packages into the appropriate cages or staging areas
• Move cages and freight between designated locations
• Build stable and organized trailer loads
• Keep up with production demands during busy periods
• Work safely while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Follow all company policies and warehouse procedures
