Your Weekend Role As our Weekend On-Call RN , you’ll serve as the clinical touchpoint for patients and families from Friday at 5:00 PM to Monday at 8:00 AM . Whether responding to urgent symptom needs, providing guidance, or offering emotional support, you’ll be the trusted voice and presence they count on when their regular care team is off-duty. Requirements
- Current Georgia RN license
- Valid driver’s license , dependable transportation, and automobile insurance
- 2+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Clinical confidence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to comfort-focused care
Nice To Haves
- Hospice or home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to on-call needs for symptom management, comfort care, and emotional support
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care per physician orders
- Educate patients and caregivers about disease progression, nutrition, and self-care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure continuity of care
- Document all interventions and communications accurately and in a timely manner
