About The Position

As a Hospice RN, you’ll provide one-on-one care in the comfort of home, supporting patients and families with dignity and heart. Spend real time where it matters most, caring without the chaos of hospital halls, and providing gentle, personal, and deeply meaningful care. AdvisaCare is looking for compassionate, dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with Hospice experience to become part of our Hospice Family for our Saginaw and Surrounding areas. Our On-Call Nurse will triage patient calls, make patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and do admissions as needed.

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
• Participate in field visits daily
• Participate in weekly office meetings as indicated
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a weekend on call basis

Nice To Haves

• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
