About The Position

Looking for qualified Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team! This is a Full Time position working 7am to 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for high-quality resident care who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will work with staff, ensure compliance, and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes, upholding our high standards.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.

Responsibilities

Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.
Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
Conduct and document comprehensive resident evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.
Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.
Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.
Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team.
