Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations
Support and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote best practices and teamwork
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes in status, and oversee documentation
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive work environment
