Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
  • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
  • Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Support and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote best practices and teamwork
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
  • Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes in status, and oversee documentation
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and positive work environment
