About The Position
Weekend Nurse Supervisor LPN or RN – Be the Heart of Skilled Care! Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab Center | Amherst, VA. Pay rate range based on experience: LPN: pay rate range: $35.00 per hour - $37.00 per hour RN: pay rate range: $39.00 per hour- $42.00 per hour. Weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 pm -7:00 am. Requirements
- Active Virginia LPN or RN license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods
- Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Support team members with guidance, training, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment
