About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling with LSW and documented group therapy experience OR a Master's degree in social work /counseling.
• Current unencumbered clinical license (BSW with LSW, MSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or MFT).
• Must be 21 yrs or older.
• Licensed Professional Counselor/Social Services expertise.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions focused on psychological health and substance abuse education.
• Play an active role in interdisciplinary treatment planning and family counseling to ensure a holistic approach to guest care.
• Maintain proactive engagement with clients, families, and external referral sources to support long-term stability.
• Apply a deep understanding of HIPAA, TJC standards, and Medicaid regulations to maintain the highest quality of clinical practice.
