Weekend LPN or RN

We are looking for compassionate, patient, and energetic people to join our Nursing Department. Our management staff provides a positive and supportive working environment with plenty of upward mobility. We are looking for an LPN or RN to help cover open weekend shifts. Requirements
- LPN or RN license
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
- Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
