About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Union and Essex County Teams. This role involves providing weekend care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. The position offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care, build meaningful relationships with clients, and make a lasting impact. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling to match nurses with ongoing cases that fit their needs, aiming to provide continuity for clients and flexibility for nurses. A Weekend Program Incentive is available for nurses who commit to working at least one weekend day per week and complete a minimum of three weekend shifts per month, offering an additional 2 hours of pay for each qualifying weekend shift of 8 hours or longer.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
- Monitor and assess client conditions
- Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
